Day #4817 (Wed., Mar. 15, 2023) – Canada Quiz
On the way to Glenwood this morning I gave Bobby a “Canada Quiz”. Topics like is Victoria on the south or north end of Vancouver Island? What province is Victoria in? Stuff like that… He did pretty good. I also told him that he will be able to try out “Tim Hortons” and visit “Canadian Tire” when we are on vacation there in a little over two weeks.
I picked up Bobby today but there was a bit of a delay in that the teachers didn’t tell him which cone to go to. You can see him leaving the school in the photo to the left.
On the way home Bobby told me that he had “Strawberry Parfait” for lunch today. Every other kid in his class had “French Toast Sticks”, which he hates. Because the teacher mentioned “Strawberry Parfait” first, he got to be the first person in his class to get served in the cafeteria line. Good times!
Bobby has requested to drive the school bus home from school one day, so we’ll see what we can do. I will just pick him up at the drop-off point, wherever that may be…
I suggested to Katie that she make some YouTube Shorts as they are all the rage these days.
When I was at Aldi this evening picking up supplies, I got the kids each a tub of cotton candy.
