Day #4822 (Mon., Mar. 20, 2023) – Katie Canters!
The photo to the left shows the pencil case that came on Saturday. Bobby had been waiting for it and was very excited when it came. It’s quite an elaborate little device. You push buttons and various drawers will open up. One button opens up the eraser drawer and yet another button will pop the calculator out. Fancy little thing!
Bobby rode the bus home from Glenwood for the first time this morning. My wife met him at the bus stop while I drove to Estes to pick up Katie.
My wife drove Katie and Bobby to their riding lesson this afternoon. Katie got Rainy and Bobby got M&M. Katie cantered for the first time today! Bobby was also able to keep M&M under control, so it was a good day for both kids.
I went to Aldi this evening as we were out of milk. I also picked up another couple of tubs of cotton candy for the kids. We’re going to be in Canada during Easter weekend, so perhaps we’ll get the kids a couple of chocolate bunnies like I used to have when I was a kid.
