Day #4846 (Thu., Apr. 13, 2023) – Danica’s Boyfriend

I took Bobby to school this morning.  We talked about pollen and how much fresher the air was on Vancouver Island.

The photo to the left shows the chocolate cake that I pick up at Aldi and Bobby loves so much!

This afternoon I picked up Bobby at the bus stop.  The driver was lecturing the kids how they needed to be seated and not jump around from seat to seat when the bus was moving.  That talk sure brought back memories!  I gave her the “thumbs up” sign and said “you tell them”…  She said thanks… 🙂

When we got back home we watched a video about violin restoration.  We talked about how it would possibly be easy to make it look good, but to sound good?  I’m not sure how the wood would react to being in the rough elements for years!

One of Katie’s school friends, Danica, has a boyfriend how is in the 8th grade.  She needs to tell her parents about it as she needs them to drive her to the mall for her “date”…

The kids had their viola/violin class this evening.  Katie did great, as usual.  Bobby, as usual, was fussy at first, but calmed down.  Their violin teacher is good with psychology.
