Day #4847 (Fri., Apr. 14, 2023) – Paper Dolls

Pollen has really taken a hold of me these past few days. I really miss the crisp clean air of Vancouver Island!  At any rate, I did have enough energy to take Bobby to school this morning, but went right back to bed.  My wife picked up Katie from Phillips and Bobby from Spence’s Farm later in the day.

The doctor ordered blood tests for me since the allergy pills I’m taking are no longer working.  We’ll see how this goes…

This evening Katie told me that one of her “boy” friends in the orchestra was bragging to her that she is getting grades in the 60’s for most of his subjects, but much higher in orchestra.  And he’s proud of this?  His father has a vending machine business so perhaps he will take that over when he gets older.

Apparently Danica told her parents about her “8th Grade” boyfriend, so “the date” is on for the mall this weekend…

Bobby was telling me how they were cutting shapes out of paper.  I showed him how to make paper dolls (see photo to the right).
