Day #350 (Sun., Dec. 19, 2010) – “Stuff” Clogging Her Nose

10:00am – My wife went back to bed for a nap. Little Katie is taking a nap too. Time to catch up on some emails and this blog.

11:25am – Little Katie is up. I played with her in the playyard.

11:45am – My wife is up now.

I ran some errands this afternoon. We needed to get food for our trip to Canada on Friday. My wife and I will need snacks, but we also got some Cheerios for little Katie. They will hopefully something that she will enjoy snacking on…at least enough that she will enjoy the trip (which means we will enjoy the trip).

It’s getting so that I cannot get anything done when little Katie is awake. She will scream and cry til I play with her…or at least be within eye sight of her.

This evening we took little Katie for a drive. She was “out” almost as soon as we drove out of the driveway. We drove around and saw the Christmas lights while she slept. My wife tells me that she still has a lot of “stuff’ clogging her nose, but the good thing is that it is still clear.

I was watching little Katie this evening while my wife took a shower. It’s so hard for her to take a shower when she is home alone with little Katie. I tried to feed little Katie some baby food, but she was not having any part of it. She is still fussy and has been this way for days now…
