Day #4887 (Wed., May 24, 2023) – White Castle Chicken Sliders
Both kids are home sick today. Katie even had a nap this afternoon, which shows how sick she is… When she feels like eating she really enjoys the White Castle “Chicken Sliders” that I picked up at Aldi the other day. I need to get more of them…
The kids are back into smoothies as of late, so I went to Trader Joe’s for supplies, specifically yogurt and bananas. While there I also picked up some gyro meat and cucumber dip. We already had some naan, so put them all together and my wife and I had some tasty gyro’s this afternoon.
NVDA reported earnings after the close today. The stock has skyrocketed upwards of 22%. Let’s see what it opens at tomorrow morning, but it looks like the AI revolution, in terms of stock prices anyway, is well under way…
