Day #4912 (Sun., June 18, 2023) – Father’s Day
It’s Father’s Day today! The kids made a beautiful heart card for me (see photo to the right).
I went to Aldi this morning to get snacks for Bobby’s martial arts camp, which starts tomorrow. They had some tiny packages of chocolate chip cookies. I’m sure he’ll love those. I also picked up some little packages of raisins and mandarin oranges at Bobby’s request.
This afternoon the family spent some time cleaning the living room. Bobby operated the vacuum cleaner on the rug, and I went through some of my boxes of stuff to “give away”. Bobby also went through the books on his bookshelf to determine which to “give away”.
Katie had an online chat with Michael, her orchestra classmate, this afternoon. This evening my wife took Bobby to the Clark Pool as Ethan and his dad were also going.
