Day #4974 (Sat., Aug. 19, 2023) – Clean Laundry Room
Well, my computer has finally died… It has been saying “repairing disk” for a while now, so I guess it should come as no surprise. Now the question is, should I get a fancy computer with a NVDA graphics card so that I can finally play Microsoft Flight Simulator, or a “cheapie” machine… I went to Panera Bread for lunch today to have a coffee and debate the pros & cons. In the end I opted for a “cheapie” option, a $187 DELL computer that I ordered from Amazon. It will be here on Monday!
Bobby went to the Clark Pool to swim with Ethan this morning and then played online with him this afternoon.
I’m planning on selling the various magic kids that I accumulated when I was teaching English to Chinese kids (see photo to the right). Bobby has specifically said that he is not interested in them. I wonder if I can get some $$$ from eBay for them?
My wife and Katie cleaned the laundry room this afternoon.
I found an interesting video channel on YouTube called “Aussie Farming In The Philippines”. It’s real and down to earth, but certainly not vegan so Katie would probably hate it.
