Day #4998 (Tue., Sept. 12, 2023) – Z Bar Sale
Both kids are home sick again today. My wife took Bobby to the doctor and she said that he still has some fluid in his ears, causing pressure, and pain. He felt well enough to do some math homework this afternoon.
I went to the store to get groceries this afternoon and low and behold the “Iced Oatmeal Cookie” Z Bars were on sale (see photo to the right). Since Bobby loves them so much in his lunch I picked up all the boxes on the shelf, which were six. We just have to make sure that we hide some of them or Bobby will eat them all at one sitting!
This evening we showed Bobby the “Form 1” video that I took at the last martial arts class and we practiced for a bit. At the end of it he did it all by himself and was pretty good at remembering all the moves. He still needs to perfect his kicks and yells, but pretty good considering how he was doing last week. I think the teacher will be impressed at the next martial arts class.
Katie practiced her viola this evening so it’s possible she feels well enough to go to school tomorrow.
