Day #5010 (Sun., Sept. 24, 2023) – Grim Reaper Prop
I had Daddy/Son Day #70 with Bobby today. For starters, we went to the local Church parking lot to see if there were cars there, and it being Sunday, of course there were. We then went to Katie’s school parking lot, and it being Sunday, there were no cars there. So, Bobby took the scooter out of the car and had a great run!
We then decided to go check out Spirit the Halloween Store, which is at the old Bed, Bath & Beyond near the Home Depot this year. While there, Bobby picked out a grim reaper prop for his Halloween outfit (see photo to the right). Only $6.99, and on the way home I mentioned to Bobby what a great idea it was to put up all those animated Halloween decorations at the store. These decorations were the reason that we went, and they made $6.99 off of us as a result.
Next up was McDonalds where Bobby got the two cheeseburger meal. He’s not a vegetarian now, so it’s much easier to eat out.
The Halloween plans this year are to go on Ethan’s route. Rather than go our with her friends, Katie will be joining us as well.
