Day #5046 (Mon., Oct. 30, 2023) – Meeting Bobby’s Teachers

Bobby finished off the FNAF (“Five Nights At Freddy’s”) movie this morning before we got up, so I guess he wasn’t too scared by it after all. I asked him if he was glad that I let him watch it and he replied “Yes” emphatically.

I got up late so had to rush to get my allergy shot. My wife made some future appointments so that I would be able to fit into one of them. The lady who gives me the shots told me to not do that in the future. If I happen to be late she will fit me in.

Well it’s yet again another Teacher Work Day! My wife and I went to Glenwood this morning to meet with Bobby’s teachers. His classes are in “The Trailers” this year (see photo to the left). The overall comment was that he is a good student, but he tends to want to talk with his friends during class time. Like father like son…

When I came out of the trailer I met Jack’s dad. Bobby tells me that Jack is a friend of Pavlo’s who tends to be a bit of a trouble maker in class.

I made some minestrone soup today. Good, healthy, and supposedly a key ingredient to living to be 100+ years old.

Both kids were not feeling well so my wife took them to the doctor at 2 pm this afternoon. They are not sure what Katie has, but they focused on Bobby’s ear problem. When they got home Bobby had a 104 degree temperature and went to bed for a nap. Looks like there might not be any trick or treating tomorrow.
