Day #5073 (Sun., Nov. 26, 2023) – Bobby To Urgent Care
My wife took Bobby to Urgent Care in Hillsborough this afternoon and the doctor prescribed some antibiotics for him. Unfortunately, they were not as “quick in and out” as my wife and I were on Wednesday. He brought his iPad (see photo to the right), so as far as he was concerned the time just flew!
With Katie, Bobby, and I as sick as we are, I think that we might have to postpone some of the Daddy/Daughter and Daddy/Son Days that we were planning this month. No problem, I guess that this had to happen at some point. Who would have ever thought that we would all get this sick?
If the kids are too sick to go to school tomorrow, let’s see how long it takes before the social workers and nurses are back on our case about attendance! If they would encourage parents to keep there kids home when they are sick, and stop passing all these communicable diseases around, we would not be in this situation!
