Day #5088 (Mon., Dec. 11, 2023) – New Hoodie
I dropped Bobby off at Glenwood this morning. He missed all last week, and this is the last week of school before the Christmas break. It was good to see him up and running again. He was sniffling in the backseat and I tried to get him to blow his nose but to no avail. He promised his mother that he would blow his nose a couple of times at school today, so we’ll see. It’s getting all this “junk” out of his nose that will make his headaches and stomach aches go away we believe.
After getting my allergy shots I went to Harris Teeter for groceries. I picked up a large fresh pizza for $8.99 as this is Monday and they are on sale today. I then got Bobby’s prescription at Walgreens.
I picked up Bobby at the bus stop this afternoon. It was on time today, so perhaps they have figured their bus schedule out? Bobby told me that Katie, who is a girl who sits at his desk, and is nice, was the most happy to see him today.
Bobby received his new hoodie today (see photo to the right).
My wife picked up Katie and took her to the orthodontist this afternoon. They want to check on the work that they have done and make sure that everything is progressing as it should. They told Katie that she needs to brush her teeth more.
