Day #5099 (Fri., Dec. 22, 2023) – Air Fried Tofu
I was thinking that Bobby might want to learn how to solve the Rubik’s Cube, and then surprise his mother and sister, but he doesn’t seem interested in learning the algorithms. So, I approached Katie and asked her if she wanted to surprise mom and Bobby that she knew how to solve it! She declined as well… I thought that they would both be really eager to learn how to do it…
I made some tofu in the air fryer this evening. You can see the before and after product in the photo to the right. I added some soya sauce and some of the “Everything But The Bagel” seasoning we get at Trader Joe’s. My wife loved it, but Katie did not. With something “adventurous” like this I didn’t even bother asking Bobby to try it as I know he would have spit it out!
I’m thinking of having a Daddy/Son Day this Sunday as there will be free parking at the lot behind Cane’s Fried Chicken. Bobby has been asking to go there for a while, so hopefully this Sunday will be the day! I was thinking that we could also take in a movie at Lumina, but I’m sure that this will be a bit too much for him… He’ll want to get home to play Roblox and Minecraft with his friends, so we’ll do Lumina another day.
