Day #5149 (Sat., Feb. 10, 2024) – Online iPad Chat?
My wife took Katie and Bobby to viola/violin class this morning, and then to ice skating lessons after that. Leah also went to ice skating lessons, so we are giving her a drive as well. Bobby threw up in the van on the way home, so he’s obviously not 100% yet.
My wife was not feeling well this afternoon either, so after putting Bobby to bed for a nap, she went for a nap as well. Katie is also not feeling well. I’m feeling okay…knock on wood.
I went to Walmart this afternoon for groceries. The kids really like the “tri-color” pasta I pick up there, so I got 6 boxes of that. Donuts were on sale, so I picked up a half-dozen of those as well (see photo to the right). Bobby had quite a few of them, so is he well again?
Bobby has figured out a way to talk with people via his iPad without adult approval… Not sure how that is allowed or done, but we’ve told him not to use it, and will be monitoring it moving forward.
The sink in the kitchen has started to leek. We do have a house made in 1964, so it’s long overdue. I might need to pick up a washer at Lowe’s tomorrow… We’ll see.
