Day #5172 (Mon., Mar. 4, 2024) – Air Hockey Game
My wife took Bobby to school this morning, then the van to Lloyd’s Tire so that they could investigate the “banging” sound underneath. As a result, I took Katie to school, then swung by Panera for a cup of coffee. Katie was so excited to be dropped off in the “classic” Camry of course… 🙂
I picked up Bobby at the bus stop at 3 pm this afternoon. He told me that he brought “home lunch” to school today as they were serving Chicken Teriyaki, something he hates! We had several games of “air hockey” before Ethan called to play. He is getting pretty good considering that he has to play with his left-hand due to his cast. When he made a goal I told him to “notice the feeling”, as this “feeling” is what will tell you when you know you will score before you even let the puck fly!
I went down to the basement this evening to take a look. A lot of stuff has been taken to the dump, and a lot rearranged, so it’s starting to shape up. We planned to do all this before we learned that Bobby was on his way… Two kids seemed to take all of our free time, until now!
