Day #5191 (Sat., Mar. 23, 2024) – Potential House Buyers?

My wife took Katie to viola class and then to ice skating (with Leah) afterward. Apparently Leah and Katie talk about the guys… Leah prefers “blondes” and Katie more like the actor who played in the “Wonka” movie). Teenage girls… 🙂 Although Bobby had his cast off yesterday, he stayed home with me this morning.
Our neighbor Brian has a friend who “flips houses”. He came to see our house this afternoon. Apparently he is looking for a house in our neighborhood that he can live in while his current house is being updated. They had two small boys, one older than Bobby and the other younger, but Bobby was a bit shy so he avoided them. Katie was not too excited to have people come and see her room, but it is what it is…
My wife had been filling out insurance forms today. We need to get a quote on our new house before we can finalize our purchase. Painful, but what can you do…
We found 12 new boxes in the shed that need to be “dealt” with. I went through them this evening and threw most of it out. I will finish this off tomorrow.
