Day #5192 (Sun., Mar. 24, 2024) – Murder On The Orient Express

The photo to the right shows our “always alert” guard dog protecting the house today…

Katie and my wife went to see “Murder on the Orient Express” at the Paul Green theater on the UNC campus this afternoon. I dropped them off and picked them up. My wife loved it, but Katie had some difficulty understanding the various accents being used by the actors as they pretended to be various people from the Orient.

Bobby received his “fitness watch” in the mail today. Ethan gave him $25 for his birthday, and this is what Bobby purchased with it. Bobby and I tried to download the app to his iPad this afternoon, but we need to wait for his mother to come home as the password didn’t work.

We are seriously considering selling our home to the people who came to see it yesterday. Here are some “positive points” to consider.

  • We will save 6% on real estate agent fees.
  • They have agree to take all our “stuff” that we leave behind.
  • Better price than what the flippers gave us.

This evening we agreed upon a house price with the people who came to see it yesterday. We just want to have our lawyer look over the paperwork before we sign it.
