As I drove Bobby to Glenwood this morning we talked about the “Law of Attraction” and how he needed to look at the positive aspects of school in order to attract more of what he wanted there and have a better experience. He has been saying how much he hates school as of late.
Road construction continues on Estes Road (see photo to the left). It “might” be done by the time we leave for Courtenay.
I ordered a hardshell guitar case from Amazon this morning. I think I might put my Takamine in it, and put the other acoustic in the case I currently have as the Takamine is much more expensive of a guitar.
I checked out the red “gyprock installer” that has been lying around in the basement for over 10 years now. It has all the pieces, and they are working, so we’re good to go. I will come in perfectly to put gyprock in place in our new garage in Courtenay.
My wife picked Bobby up and went to see the doctor for his annual physical this afternoon. We got a note from his school that there was a fire alarm around 2 pm today. Apparently an errant ball during PE class set it off.
Katie and some of her friends went to Dunkin Donuts after school today. My wife picked them up and drove them home. I met them at Lloyd’s Tire so that the van can get checked out before our trip to Courtenay. Bobby was hungry and made himself a smoothie while we were away.
