Day #5226 (Sat., Apr. 27, 2024) – Huckleberry Pie
Bobby is feeling much better today. That’s good for him as if he doesn’t feel better tomorrow he might not get to go to Ethan’s Birthday Party. Incidentally, we bought Ethan a “Minecraft Lamp” for his birthday present.
I went to Aldi foods for groceries this evening. The little “freezer bag” we have in the trunk of the Camry (see photo to the left) is great to transport frozen foods. On this trip I made sure to get Bobby plenty of yogurt. Katie wanted me to pick up some bread.
Incidentally he hates cherry yogurt. I asked him about this and he said he loves cherry everything else, but they must be putting something different in this particular yogurt.
This evening my wife and I went over the places that we will be staying on our “Move to Courtenay”. We decided to change the Air B&B we are staying at in Butte, Montana as it was not in a safe area. I’m reminded of the PBS food shows I’ve watched over the years. We will need to try the “Huckleberry Pie” in Montana, and be sure to have a taste of “Sugar Cream Pie” as we go through Indiana.
