Day #5315 – (Thu., July 25, 2024) – “Barn Suite” TV Stand!
Early this morning I ordered a Cuisinart “Griddler” for the “Barn Suite”. It makes great hash browns and panini sandwiches.
Remember the COSTCO target game I showed you in yesterday’s blog post? Well, as it turns out, Brodie’s mom bought him one just before they left for Oregon! No confirmed plans as of yet for them to come over and play.
The television stand for the “Barn Suite” came this afternoon. It took all afternoon to assemble (see photo to the left). I can now see movies and series like the “Planet of the Apes” and “Lost” on the “BIG SCREEN”! I’ve been having problems watching these shows on my Amazon Fire Tablet, so this is now a thing of the past!
I’m not quite sure what to make of the compost pile we have been trying to build. The original stack has gotten grey and powdery… Maybe it just needs some moisture and green grass to come alive? Maybe it’s useless now? The experimentation continues…
I found my “Go Pro” this afternoon! It was in one of the drawers in the desk in the “Barn Suite”. My wife must have put it there when she was bringing boxes and stuff over from the main house.
Katie is stressing out a bit too much trying to determine what she wants to be when she grows up. She fluctuates from being an artist to a therapist, but I tell her that she has plenty of time to do what she wants. Just enjoy yourself as much as you can each and every day!
My British Columbia driver’s license came today! It’s only good for 1 1/2 years on my birthday in February of 2026 though… What’s up with that?
This evening I ordered 3 stackable racks for the Ninja “air fryer” in the “Barn Suite”. Now I will be able to bake tacos three at a time in my air fryer! Dehydrate too!
