Day #5425 – (Tue., Nov. 12, 2024) – Huband Has Heart Award
The van won’t start “AGAIN”! We were hoping to drop it off at Canadian Tire, but they had no free appointments. They recommended another mechanic, so we dropped it off there. There was no call from them by the end of the day, so my wife will need to drop me off at the airport and take the car. We were thinking that I would just drop the car off at airport parking, but change of plans…
I spent quite a bit of time cleaning up the “Barn Suite” today. I want it to be nice and neat when I get back from Mexico City.
I picked up Bobby after school today. He told me that Gavin, the boy who we saw at Landmark Theater, pushed him into the walls and hurt his thumb. He asked me what’s the deal with these hockey players and I told them that they push guys into the wall to test out their “boarding” skills as they are very useful in the game.
Bobby received a “Huband Has Heart” award today (see photo to the right).
Katie’s channel is growing each day. She’s beaming over the latest subscriber increase. I suggested that she create a “Planet Fashion Show” where her models wear dresses and accessories that mirror the various planets.
One think I forgot to get, and managed to purchase online today, is travel medical insurance for the time that I’m in Mexico City. I managed to purchase some online today.
I checked my RBC Account and the money from U.S. Social Security has not arrived in my RBC bank account yet. The lady did say it would take about two weeks, so we’ll just wait…
