Day #5430 – (Sun., Nov. 17, 2024) – Christmas Tree Is Up!
I must say, daddy enjoyed sleeping in a “Regular Bed” as opposed to airport benches!
My wife and Katie went to the Christmas Market at Crown Isle. They then went to Value Village and found some John Lennon magazines which they picked up for me for $50! A bit of a gamble, and certainly not as price I would pay at a gift shop, but it just might be an estate sale find worth some serious $$$. At any rate, a great way to decorate the barn suite…
When my wife and Katie got back from shopping we had a nice feast of Chinese food leftovers. I found a YouTube video of the Paul McCartney concert I was at on Thursday so we watched a bit of that.
The Christmas Tree went up this afternoon (see photo to the right). We brought most of the decorations from Chapel Hill.
We are in discussion of whether or not to have advent calendars this year. Bobby has been asking about them, but Katie thinks she has already been given too much, such as a treadmill… We’ll probably still do advent calendars for both of them. The question is, what to put in them…
