NVDA reported earnings after the close yesterday. Earnings were up by a bit today… Expectations are high for this stock so it has to perform miracles!
There is a parent/teacher conference all day at Hubard Elementary School today, so no school for Bobby. Katie went to Vanier though…
Island Honda needs to order a part, but we can still use our van. I drove my wife to pick up the van this morning till the part comes in.
I went to Tin Town CafĂ© up the road from the Canadian Tire this afternoon for a coffee. I was going to have a coffee and donut there, but when they told me that I could not use my laptop or Kindle from 10 am to 2 pm, so I left… Not sure what that policy was all about? It has paintings and art for sale, so maybe I will take Katie there for a Daddy/Daughter Day one day… Outside of 10 am to 2 pm though!
I picked up Katie at Vanier this afternoon. My wife took them to viola/violin lessons in Royston this evening. Daisy, there teacher, is living there now. For some reason Bobby wriggled around on the floor a lot (see photo to the right). It reminds me of the movie “Island of Terror” I saw as a child. In this movie a monster sucks all the bones out of it’s hapless victims!
I see that there is a 1965 Ford Mustang in Kelowna for $18,000. Right now I can’t see any time in the near future when I will be able to purchase one of these, strip it down to the bare basics, and build it up again.
