Day #5470 – (Fri., Dec. 27, 2024) – NVDA Documentary
I had a dental appointment this morning. They have a new device, a little plastic “puck” thing that they put into your mouth. It is attached to a hose to “suck out” all the debris that is in your mouth after they work on your tooth. It’s kind of hard to keep your jaw in this position so wide for so long so my mouth really hurt at the end of the session!
This afternoon the family my wife, Katie, and I played ping pong on our new ping pong table that we set up in the garage. It’s just big enough for enjoyable play, but not so big that it takes up the whole garage. We have a small billiard table coming soon that will fit nicely right along side it. It’s nice to have two separate tables as we can forego the hassle of taking the ping pong top off when we want to play billiards and vice versa.
The kids performed some fiddle music for my wife and I (see photo to the left)!
Bobby racked up a bill via the “VR Headset” games, but we’re not exactly sure how. He says he didn’t buy anything… Investigating…
Later today it was my turn for “Documentary Night”. I chose a documentary about NVidia, how it all started, and what it does. The whole family, including Bobby, enjoyed learning what this stock that made us so much money is all about.
I took my GoPro down to Katie so that she can use it for her upcoming videos. The microphone on her video camera seems to be making a “scratching” noise. My wife ordered another one for her from Amazon.
