Day #5472 – (Sun., Dec. 29, 2024) – Aircraft Xmas Lights!
Katie is up and running with her new microphone today. There were some problems in that you had to go into the computer and make sure the Yeti microphone was the one being used, but after that, she was back to video creating again!
Bobby tends to be quite loud when he is playing with Ethan, so I offered to take him our this afternoon so that Katie could do some video editing. So, for Daddy/Son Chat Day #16 we ended up at Poke Page, the new shop near Wendy’s that sells Boba. Bobby got the banana boba (see photo to the right) and I picked up a coconut boba. I also picked up one of their Hawaiian Poke Bowls! I must say, of all the bobas that I have tried, I prefer the coconut one the most! I gave Bobby a sip, and Katie a sip later in the day, and they both liked it as well!
The evening the whole family went to see the aircraft at the Comox military air field as they are all dolled up with Christmas lights. Bobby wanted to take a bath, so he had to be coaxed quite a bit in order to come. We wanted to see them tonight as it’s post Christmas, so who knows how much longer they will be up.
President Jimmy Carter died today!
