Day #428 (Mon., Mar. 7, 2011) – More Organic Cheese Please!
My wife went to see her faculty adviser this afternoon so the babysitter was home with Katie for the first time. They went for a stroll, then came home. She tried to feed her and put her to bed but Katie would scream and scream. The babysitter took her out and played with her and eventually she got tired. Once she fell asleep…and slept for two hours.
I cut up some organic cheese for Katie and put it on a plate on the living room floor. Now she can munch and watch Lawrence Welk at the same time. She enjoyed it so much that I had to cut up some more for her.

There is an animated cartoon based on the “Anne of Green Gables” books. Katie loves it. It has a nice story to it as well, which is nice. I suppose I will be reading these books to her at some point.
