Day #454 (Sat., Apr. 2, 2011) – Give Phone To Daddy
We called up my mother this afternoon. My wife asked Katie to go and get the phone and give it to daddy…and she did. This is especially amazing given to the fact that she loves to play with the phone.
We got another “care package” from my wife’s mother in Lithuania today (see photo to the right). The fish, frog, and stingray are actually wind-up bath toys. I got to try them out today when we gave Katie a bath. The stingray works the best. The spring in the frog and fish are not strong enough to push the water behind them.
We went to Abbey Road Grill for dinner this evening. Katie had a piece of my hamburger and some grilled mushrooms and onions.
After dinner we took a drive around the neighborhood. Katie slept in the car, which will hopefully mean that she will be much more manageable this evening. We saw a camper van and I started to dream about packing everything up and traveling across the country…
We finally got our Les Miserables DVD in the mail… They sent it FedEx this time…not UPS.
