Day #469 (Sun., Apr. 17, 2011) – Into the “Cooks”
My wife brought Katie into the bedroom this morning and Katie immediately grabbed for the remote. Daddy is only her “Oobi Dispenser”.
While we were watching television (an old episode of “Empty Nest” to be more exact) this morning they could not find their dog. Katie took this to heart and started to cry. I rewound the show on TiVo and showed her the dog again and all was fine.
This afternoon we went to a kid’s consignment store in Cary. We are planning on going to a BBQ in a couple of weeks and Katie doesn’t have any shoes to wear. At the end of the day we got 4 pairs of shoes for Katie (see photo to the right)…a couple of which she will have to grow into.
