Day #506 (Tue., May 24, 2011) – Our Dancing Queen
Katie was dancing up a storm listening to Lawrence Welk this morning. She would fly her head back and twirl around with her arms outstretched. She knows that it makes us laugh so she does it all the time now. What have we done!
We got our bag of plastic balls in the mail today. They dropped it off at our front door. The first thing Katie did when she saw them is to pick them up one by one and throw them down the hall. We decided to put her into the swimming pool (which has no water) and throw all the balls in with her. She enjoyed kicking them about (see photo to the right).
9:54pm – Our little chipmunk will not sleep. We might need to have a drive to calm her down. Right now she is opening and closing all the drawers on our dresser. Whoops…she just threw out some socks…but she is putting them back…
