As I was getting ready for work this morning I saw our backyard fox again. Crows were cawing in the trees and as I went to the window to see what the commotion was all about I saw the fox scurrying about. The crows were warning everyone that a predator was nearby I guess.
My wife emailed me this afternoon. Katie is up to her antics again. She said: “Let’s play having a haircut! Hello, I am your cutter. How are you today?. She then wrapped her sleeping sack around my wife’s neck”. Where here does she learn this stuff? Television I suppose.
I gave Katie a “Whirl O Wheel” that I picked up at the Dollar Store a while back. See photo to the left.
7:13pm – I’m sitting on the master bed as Katie absconded my LazyBoy and television so I went here to watch the news. All of a sudden she appeared and walked over to the television and shut it off. As I stared at her she started to hum and calmly walked out of the bedroom and closed the door. I could hear her continuing to hum as she walked down the hallway to the living room.
This evening I got out the “glitter glue” and Katie had a wonderful time gluing pieces of construction paper together. Of course the glue ended up all over the place, but that’s another story.
We got our World Map from Amazon this evening. I showed Katie where the various animals lives and started putting them on the map for her…but she was too busy entertaining herself with “glitter glue”.
