Day #1616 (Sat., June 7, 2014) – Eleri Comes To Play
I ran some errands for my wife today. First stop was WalGreens were I picked up Katie’s lyme disease medicine. Two bottles actually, one which was mixed and one that had to be mixed in the future. They don’t last long once mixed so we will take the second bottle back to the drugstore for mixing when we need it. I also got a number of syringes…they tend to break as the medicine is so thick and sticky.
Next stop was Wal-Mart where my wife ordered a ship-to-store watering pot for Katie. They would not give it to me at first as my name was not on the pick-up list, but when my wife updated the list and Wal-Mart sent me an email they relented.
Eleri left her doll at our house when she was over yesterday for our pool party. As a result she came over to play with Katie today as well (see photo to the right). I took Katie’s Sophia the first beach towel and pretended that Sophia was giving them both a hug. When I told Eleri to eat the head off her gummy bears first or they would bite her she replied that I was silly… 🙂
I made plov with lamb for dinner this evening.
