Day #1667 (Mon., July 28, 2014) – Soccer Camp
The living room is such a disaster that I got up in the middle of the night and cleaned it up. You can see the “before and after” photo to the left. It took a good 2-3 hours. Katie is going to have to learn to clean up after herself as this is way to tiring. She’s at the age where she knows to do this…she just doesn’t. We are going to have to keep at her.
I took the morning off from work today. My wife and I drove Katie to her first soccer camp. She was a bit shy at first but soon joined in with the others. There were only a few kids. We had to leave at 9:45am for a doctor’s appointment but Nikki was there to take her home.
Nikki told us that Katie was very happy after the soccer camp. I guess that they got to pretend that they were various animals like a bear and a bird as they practiced kicking the soccer ball around the field.
