Day #1778 (Sun., Nov. 16, 2014) – Drawing Ariel
I’m still struggling with a cold and it’s cold outside so we just stuck around the house and rested today. Katie was fine with that as it gives her more time to draw and do arts and crafts.
While my wife napped this afternoon Katie and I played with the Ariel play set I picked up for her at Disney World. We pretended that the King was marrying Ariel to Eric and Ursula to Eric’s dog. Of course I had to break into my Sebastian version of “Under the Sea”.
I found a YouTube video on how to draw Ariel. I drew the picture and Katie colored her hair in red (see photo to the left). Pretending that the cats were our children who would not go to bed topped up the afternoon.
