Day #2194 (Wed., Jan 6, 2016) – The Magic Rings
The photo to the left shows the “Magic Rings” that little Bobby loves to play with so much. I will show him how the various rings can become connected, and then separate, and he will give me this big grin of delight…almost like he knows it’s a “Magic Trick”.
I went to Sam’s Club this afternoon to check out the return policy on their television sets. We purchased it online a couple of years ago and they sent me an email saying that I could return it to the store…but I wanted to be sure. Well, they had a hard time bringing the order up on the system, then a hard time finding a manager to approve it, but I think we’re good to go??? I would sure hate to bring this 60″ television into their store only to be told that I cannot return it…
On the way back to work I stopped off at Wal-Mart and picked up a small bookcase for $29. That’s a small price to pay for a unit that will help me keep all the books in the bedroom in order.
Tomorrow I go under the knife… They are going to repair a tear in the miniscus of my left knee.
