Day #2220 (Mon., Feb. 1, 2016) – Little Bobby Motions “Pick Me Up”
Little Bobby was on the floor today and when Arnesa came to him he lifted up his arms to say “Pick Me Up”. This is the first time he did this.
I went to Whole Foods this evening for a few supplies (see photo to the left). My wife wanted baby corn and Katie wanted some whipped cream and those “square chocolate things with marshmallow in the middle”. I got the wrong type of corn. She wanted tiny corn on the cob rather than baby corn (like we used to get up in Canada). The coconut cream pie that I picked up was delish!
Tonight is the night of the Iowa Caucuses. Cruz beat Trump. Clinton and Saunders battled to a dead heat.
My wife composed a “good-bye note” for Miss Randby this evening. It reads: “Dear Miss Randby, We are so grateful that Katie had you as her first teacher – we couldn’t have asked for a better one! We sincerely thank you and wish you success and happiness wherever life takes you.”
