Day #2233 (Sun., Feb. 14, 2016) – The Vet Game
When Katie got up this morning she wanted to play the vet game (see photo to the right) so I didn’t even get a chance to get any breakfast.
I was planning to put up the gate so little Bobby cannot get to Katie’s Legos but my knee was not feeling the best so I will give it a day or so. All this getting up and down to play with kids, etc. is sure rough on daddy’s knee.
Katie has developed a fever and had a hard time sleeping this evening. I told her about the trick of a wet facecloth on the forehead and that did the trick. She was out like a light.
Little Bobby’s nose was running this evening. Looks like he is getting what Katie has…
We got a call from the Glenwood School this evening. School is cancelled tomorrow. Arnesa cannot come as she is entertaining at her house. So much for daddy’s “President’s Day Off” to get stuff done…
