Day #2460 (Wed., Sept. 28, 2016) – Another Gatorific Award
I took Katie to school this morning. She is very excited as it is the day she will get another “Gatorific Award”.
The Gatorific Award Ceremony started at 11:30am. There was no time for Katie to have lunch with her classmates…she needed to finish her lunch in her classroom. One by one each of the students got called up to get their award, and then they posed in front of the Glenwood Gator mascot (see photo to the left).
I worked from home for the rest of the day as Arnesa had to leave and we needed someone to tend to Bobby. Bobby napped til 3pm. My wife wanted me to feed him some prunes so he would be more regular but he was having nothing of it. We ended up getting a huge basket of balls from the patio to throw around.
This evening my wife showed me a video of Katie playing piano with Miss Laura this afternoon. She did a real good job. Miss Laura said that she was impressed with the progress she made in only one short week.
