Day #2523 (Wed., Nov. 30, 2016) – Jingle Bells On The Piano
My wife has been getting some real cheap pillowcases via Amazon that are shipped from China. The photo to the left shows the Christmas ones. Bobby will sometimes climb up on the couch and nestle between them.
On the drive to Glenwood this morning Katie wanted to play “Bigger Than A Breadbox”. She really likes this game so it’s something we seem to do every day now. She came up with one item…it was brown and had things with various colors and textures inside. I gave up and she told me it was the “shell shaped” thing that the pilgrims stored their food in? I’m still not sure what that is…I told her we could look it up when we got home this evening.
Another Chinese class teacher in Katie’s school was so impressed with their behavior that she brought her students over to see “how it should be”.
Miss Laura gave Katie a choice of Christmas songs to practice and she chose Jingle Bells. I’m going to learn how to play it on the guitar so we can have a little “concert” so to speak.
