Day #2668 (Mon., Apr. 24, 2017) – Showing Bobby The Car Wipers
It was raining like mad this morning as I took Katie to Glenwood. She is so excited about Great Wolf Lodge it was the first thing she talked about this morning. She made me promise to ask people about their experiences there. She also mentioned that they would probably have “indoor recess” today as it was raining so hard. She said she liked the station with the “Play Doh” the most.
I asked my boss about Great Wolf Lodge. He said that he was there once and would never go back. He said that the kids would love it but it is every expensive. It’s a good thing we got a Groupon to cover some of the costs.
I snapped this photo of the kids reading together (see photo to the right). Let’s hope their love of reading and learning will only grow in the future.
We were low on supplies this evening so I went to Trader Joe’s even though it was raining like made. Katie wanted “Black Juice” (as she calls it). They didn’t have any, so I got her a new type of juice they are selling “Beet & Carrot Juice”. Let’s see if she likes that…
This evening I showed Bobby the wipers on the car. Oh Oh…I might have created a monster. Hopefully he will leave some of the liquid around for when I need it…
