Day #2769 (Sat., Aug. 5, 2017) – The Emoji Movie
We interviewed Billy at 9:30am for the position of Bobby’s nanny. She has three children of her own and has professional cleaning experience.
Daddy/Daughter Day #60 today. I took Katie to see “The Emoji Movie” at the Lumina Theater (see photo to the right). She could not have gummy bears or licorice so she opted for Reese’s Pieces along with her kid’s meal. She said that she loved them but she ended up throwing half the box out as we were leaving the theater. We had the theater all to ourselves so Katie opted to sit at the very back of the theater. Hard on daddy’s legs, but we don’t do this all that often.
At 4pm today we met Laura, another girl we are interviewing for the position of Bobby’s nanny. She is a former middle school teacher and we liked her a lot. The problem is, she is pregnant and will be having her baby around February or March. At least we will not have any nanny woes until that time…
