Day #2887 (Fri., Dec. 1, 2017) – Instant Pot Meals

Katie was sick again on the way to school this morning (or at least she said that she was sick). All the way to the schoolyard and then return home.
My wife has a terrible tension headache today.
So today is my Boss’s last day at work. He will be gone for six weeks on paternity leave. He recognized the fact that I gave him a present by the end of the day as he was leaving.
I opened up the Instant Pot this evening and read through the manual. It will be a great time saver as it has a pressure cooker and we won’t have to worry about the pot burning on the stove. Imagine if Bobby brings home the soccer team one day? We will be able to feed the whole crew in no time with a cheap meal.
Bobby was in a sharing mood this evening. He gave me his Gecko and car to take to bed with me.
