Day #2940 (Tue., Jan. 23, 2018) – New Dual Language Coordinator

2018-01-22 - Card For WyattThe photo to the left shows the card that Katie created for Wyatt, who will be leaving for Germany with his family soon.

On the drive to Glenwood this morning Katie was telling Helen how she saw a ghost in her room and believes in all sorts of mythical creatures now like the “Elf on the Shelf” and Santa, etc.

I had a dentist appointment this morning. I didn’t have any cavities, which is good considering that I could not get up and brush my teeth as often as I would have liked due to my knee operation.

Some news out of Glenwood… We have a new dual language coordinator, Amy Doty. The former one, Elaine Watson-Grant, is now Director of Elementary Instruction. Dr. Ryan an Executive Director of Elementary Schools & Special Programs.

We were out of goat’s milk so I stopped by Whole Foods, but they were out as well, so I ended up going to Trader Joe’s to get three quarts of the stuff. While at Whole Foods I did pick up four jars of apple juice. For some reason, the kids are drinking this now instead of the “Power Juice” from Trader Joe’s that they loved so much.

Bobby was fine when I got home from work this evening. I’m glad that he was not fussy like last night.
