Day #3198 (Mon., Oct. 8, 2018) – Spider Art
My wife and I drove out to Glenwood to meet the principal and social worker this morning. They were unaware of what was in the policy letter that they sent out, how every time Katie is sick we need to take her to the nurse or get a doctor’s letter.
My wife took Bobby to preschool this morning and I picked him up. He did some “spider art” today (see photo to the left). He wants to stay behind and play in the playground after class. My wife said that this was the case last year as well. It’s hard if he wants to stay and play for a while as I need to get him home for his nap.
I took Katie to dance class this afternoon. There is an Indian girl in the class who seems to be very serious and interested in perfecting all her moves.
Bobby is really into musical instruments these days. I showed him the Dick Van Dyke clip “I Am A Fine Musician” on television via YouTube this evening. I used to show it to him when he was really young.
My wife went to bed early today and I stayed up and put Bobby to bed at 10:35 pm. When he naps for a long time he tends to go to bed quite late.
