Day #3215 (Thu., Oct. 25, 2018) – 14 Paper Airplanes

2018-10-25 - Helicopter BobbyToday is the second Daddy/Son day that I had with Bobby. I’m planning to have one of these days with him each month, just like Katie. It’s a day to do “whatever” he wants (within reason) and get to know each other better. Memories that hopefully will last him for a lifetime.

Bobby’s still got a cold so I took him to SouthPoint Mall so that he could play indoors in the play area. He just loves the helicopter (see photo to the right). Hmmm, having said that, he might enjoy going up and down the escalators even more.

I took him to the Dollar Store afterwards and he had the opportunity to choose “whatever he wants”. He chose a dart gun, surprise, surprise! I got two as I know the darts will go missing very quickly…

Mommy and I both told Bobby do not point the gun at people, dogs or self…or we would take the guns away. I even showed Bobby the instructions on the back of the package to confirm.

This evening I made 14 paper airplanes for Katie to sell tomorrow at school. This is some sort of a Chinese market where the kids will learn a bit about business and Chinese as well… Katie just needed something to sell…
