Day #3285 (Thu., Jan. 3, 2019) – Flyleaf Books Storytime
There was storytime at Flyleaf books at 10:30 am this morning. I dropped Katie and Bobby off with Arnesa, who promised to take care of them, and then went back to get them an hour later. When I arrived they were doing coloring (see photo to the right). That’s Bobby’s truck on top and Katie’s hippo on the bottom.
We were thinking of going to the park afterward but it was raining so we just went home. Bobby was upset, so I told him that I had something he would like in the basement. What was it? Some glow sticks (which turned out were tried up) and the marble run game that I got at Five Below some time ago. That seemed to appease him.
Katie wanted a peanut butter sandwich for lunch. I added a bit of honey, and she loved it.
The kids were very loud and were screaming all night long. Bobby was upset that Maple was lying on his sleeping bag.
