Day #3309 (Sun., Jan. 27, 2019) – Daddy/Daughter Day
Katie and I had another Daddy/Daughter Day (i.e: #77) today. My wife wanted her to finish off her homework, so it was not going to be a long adventure, just a break so to speak so that we could spend time together and have a bit of fun.
We decided to go to the Dollar Store and then to McDonald’s afterwards. At the Dollar Store she wanted a set of cat ears. At McDonald’s were were each going to get a chocolate dipped ice cream, but when with their ice cream machine broken down, I got her a Happy Meal instead. She chose the cheeseburger with extra fries option. The toy inside the Happy Meal was not associated with a movie, but rather a set of “build your own monsters” kit. You can see everything in the photo to the left.
Bobby has been rather fussy these past couple of days. He nose was running this evening so we are surmising that he is not well. When he is not well he tends to be fussy.
