Day #3355 (Thu., Mar. 14, 2019) – Glenwood Country Tour
My wife took the day off work today. Arnesa is taking Ayra and Claudia to the Life & Sciences Museum in Durham, so she took Bobby. Arnesa is feeling a bit better today…the morning sickness is wearing off. Bobby was very fussy when it came time to leave, but he settled down after he ate some food. I’m going to take food with me when I pick him up after preschool…wonder if this will help?
This evening there was a “Country Tour” at Glenwood school. My wife set up the Lithuanian booth (see photo to the right). It included some samples of the apple dessert that Rima made. My wife also handed out laminated Lithuanian bookmarks that she made.
I spent most of the time chasing after Katie and Bobby. The usual ritual was Katie and Helen running ahead and Bobby running after them. He did enjoy bouncing on some of the exercise balls that were out for the kids.
Katie’s class gave a Chinese singing performance and the kids played in the playground on the school grounds when it was over. Katie and Helen were still in their Chinese outfits.
