Day #3451 (Tue., Jun 18, 2019) – The Secret Life Of Pets 2 Movie
I decided that I would have a combined Daddy/Daughter #81 and Daddy/Son #12 Day today. This will be the first “combined” one. Since I’m taking care of both Katie and Bobby during the summer, maybe we’ll have combined efforts until the kids go back to school in the fall.
I surprised them by taking them to see the movie “The Secret Life of Pets 2” at SilverSpot (see photo to the right). This was Bobby’s first movie and he was pretty well behaved for the most part. He did get a bit fussy towards the end.
After the movie, I took the kids to Chick-Fil-A. It was Bobby’s choice over McDonald’s but we decided that if McDonald’s had “The Secret Life of Pets 2” toys with Happy Meals we would eat there instead. When we swung by we saw on the board that they were already promoting “Toy Story 4”.
Chick-Fil-A was “PACKED”. We got there just in time for the noon hour rush. Eventually, we got our food. The kids really enjoyed playing in the playground area. When we finally got home I put Bobby to bed and he was “out” at 3 pm.
