Day #3507 (Tue., Aug. 13, 2019) – Three Haircuts
Katie slept in til almost 9 am this morning. We have such a hard time putting her to bed that once she does go to bed she will sleep and sleep.
When Katie got up I bundled up the kids and drove them to see CiCi. All three of us got a haircut there. We want to get rid of all this excess hair before Disney World.
The hairdresser that works with CiCi was in a “bad mood” for some reason. The kids were playing in the barber chairs and she told them to get out. I asked Katie about this and she said that they let them play in them the last time they were there… Go figure…
After haircuts the kids wanted to go to McDonald’s for a meal. Unfortunately we got there at 10:20 am and they didn’t start to serve Happy Meals till 10:30 am, so we left. I drove them out to the McDonald’s in Hillsborough for a change. Luckily this one had a playground. The kids got Happy Meal toys from the Lion King (see photo to the left) and then played outside in the playground for a while.
